Have enjoyed the quick turnaround and online design program to upload DTF orders! I have learned my heat press 365 is the sweet spot and heavy clamped pressure no heat pillow for 12 seconds. Also wax style quickness, hot peel! Once I got that down I haven’t had issues.

I absolutely hate making personalized Koozies with vinyl so I finally decided with a big order that I recently got to give DTF a try on them. OMG such a game changer and so much easier I did press at 275 for 15 seconds on my heat press and let cool 5 seconds before peeling and they worked great. Even the thin cursive letters which we all know are so difficult worked great. Customer Loved them!!!!

First time DTF user here. The process to build the gang sheet was fairly easy. All tools inside of the app were extremely helpful. One thing to note for any other first timer.. if you remove the background inside of the tool, be sure to double check your image. I did not and the first letter G was removed also. I called and initially was made to feel like I was lying and possibly it wouldn’t be replaced. After a few calls and requesting the manager assistance they found it.
