I love these cups so much— thy look col, but they also keep my drink colder for longer—and I was so glad you guys sent me a free replacement when one broke on accident. 10/10 customer service and product!

I have a similar pitcher from another big coffee brand but the top edge of that pitcher is very sharp (I’ve sliced my hand just washing it!). Very happy to report that this pitcher has a rounded edge and is very high quality. Love it!

I absolutely love the shape and feel of these glasses. The subtle lip makes holding it safely easy for people with hand mobility issues. The lip is also comfortable for drinking. They're gorgeous! My only suggestion is that I better understood the sizes. Maybe something in a photo for scale. Will be buying more (bigger) glasses!

I love it for everyday use make it efficient to heat up or mix ingredients in my coffee hot or iced nothing stop this carafe from being a tool and dishwasher safe is a huge plus. It’s lightweight and the handle makes it easy to control my pours.

Quality of the glasses is among the best so far. Ergonomic is nice, i.e. fitting my hand and grips. I also really like the color! Can't wait to get my latte glassES!

The glass slipped out of my hands and cracked while I was washing it. I was so upset but remembered they came with a 1 year warranty, so contacted customer service and they promptly issued a replacement without any issue. Excellent customer service and they stand by their product with the one year warranty.

Had one of the two glasses show up shattered. Put in a claim with Flur and they had one sent before Christmas. It was a very easy process and they are awesome glasses.

I got these as a gift for my roommate who loves coffee but always brews her espresso in a mug. She absolutely loved the color, but not only that, loved the glasses! She came into my room ecstatic to show me her freshly brewed espresso in her little orange cup. She said that her hands were not hot at all! I think she loves her new espresso glasses!!

I love them but I would’ve rather had that clear glasses but they were out of stock 😭 They wash really well in the dishwasher and keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. They looks great and feel like high quality.

This is my second personal set of glassware from Flur and it truly never disappoints. I’ve convinced multiple friends to invest in espresso machines and i gift each of them a set of latte glasses and they love them too. My wife does complain that they are too squat for her and she struggles to hold onto it when it’s full but i think that’s more of a her problem because i don’t experience that. Perfect glassware 10/10

It was amazing giving this as a gift to my girlfriend on Christmas. As coffee lovers the immediate feel of premium glass and reassurance of hot and cold drinks just brought so much joy. Not to mention packaging was great and color is very much 100 times better in person my girlfriend won’t use any other cups for lattes or soda or water.

Love the look of the cups and the fact that there is absolutely no sweating from the cups. Left the cup out with just ice and water for 2 hrs and 0 sweating, highly recommend them!

I don’t think there you can find a more well crafted glass anywhere… everything just tastes better and so aesthetically pleasing to the eye!! Love these glasses - got them in every color but Pink - and that’s next!

I really love these glasses, so I was bummed that there was liquid in the inside walls. However I reached out for a replacement and it was quick and easy and had my new glass in no time!

My latte glass broke while hand washing it and Flur kindly replaced it for free. Their customer service was great and the replacement glass came so quickly! I’m getting ready to purchase more glasses to add to my collection 😬

Great glass! A bit delicate so have to be careful as even just tipping over on the table will break it BUT they do free one-time accident replacements which is awesome!

The Flur pitcher is beautiful and a very good quality glass. It will go great with the set of Flur glasses I gave my daughter for Christmas. At the special price, I also purchased one for myself!

Worked with Emma on the replacement of a broken glass. She was professional and provided excellent customer service. The process was fairly easy and we received our new glass in a short timeframe. Overall my experience was really smooth and I'm very pleased with the product.

I broke one of my glasses and Flur acted quickly to send me a replacement. The glasses themselves look very nice, especially with drinks that layer. Pretty happy with my purchase and the replacement policy.

I ordered the pink family set. It arrived on Christmas Eve with one glass broken. I emailed customer service and on Christmas Day they responded and said they would send a replacement glass. Excellent customer service! The pink glasses are so pretty in person. I hope they add more pink color options.

Surprisingly, these are even more beautiful in person! I was thinking they'd be way heavier than they are. They're the perfect size and just feel good to hold while sipping away. I can't explain how, but my lattes taste 10x better in these cups!

I ordered the amber family set for myself several months back and absolute loveee them. Some family asked what I wanted for my birthday this December, and I said MORE FLUR GLASSES! Did not disappoint with the gifts this year. Next move, xl latte cups and carafe. Love building my full set!

Great glasses. Maybe only thing is to make the latte slightly bigger? Feel like it’s a little small. I like my espresso more Cortado style, but my girlfriend likes a little more milk. Other than that, perfect

I love all of my FLUR glasses, but the regular sized latte glasses (not the XL) are my favorite. They keep my drinks hot and my hands cool, and they’re the perfect size for someone who doesn’t like super milky drinks. I use them almost daily for flat whites!

Those the Flur Iced Coffee glasses so much. I ordered 4 sets - 6 glasses to use and 2 for back up. I should a client them and he drinks Cold Brew on the daily so I gave him a set. As soon as he got home he ordered another set lol.

Unfortunately, my first shipment of this order was damaged on the way to me… Fortunately, I got the shipping insurance and the Flur Glassware team was super quick with a response and shipping out the replacement. Again, unfortunately one of the glasses ended up having a tiny crack inside the vacuum seal. But again, fortunately the team was super speedy and immediately shipped me a replacement for that one glass. Overall amazing customer service! Can’t wait for my next order!!

Our niece and her husband love their beautiful iced coffee glasses! They particularly like how durable they are while being pleasing to the eye, as well as keeping their coffee chilled and fresh!

It’s well made and stylish. We wanted a better way to heat water and pour it over tea. The carafe heats evenly, the handle stays cool, and it pours neatly. It’s perfect!

These glasses are absolutely amazing! Ontop of the beautiful color they are just great in every way. They keep my drinks at the perfect temperature and are very comfortable to hold. They add the perfect pizzazz to my daily coffees!

These glasses are incredibly beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I particularly loved the lavender ones. The customer service was also excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong color of glasses, but they were incredibly quick to make the exchange for me.

Love these glasses! I gifted these to my brother for Christmas, and he already starting using them the next day! The quality is there in the look and functionality of it! The double wall feature is so nice! They are safe to use with iced or hot drinks! And they look absolutely amazing! Great color!

These were a gift for my daughter and she loves them. We had a little snafu where the wrong color was originally shipped. Not only did they get replaced but they let us keep the clear ones that were sent. Great customer service and super fast shipping!

The latte glasses are gorgeous and sturdy, the best thing about them is the lip has a subtle curve to it that is very pleasant to drink from and different from other coffee cups or mugs.
