I am deeply saddened by what happened just a few minutes ago. While I was stirring my latte in your glass it just shattered. I noticed when the latte went outside of the double walled side. I literally wanted to cry. This latte was the last of my espresso beans and it went to waste. I was scared to pour it into another glass because I was afraid of pieces of glass going into another cup. (I have a picture for reference if needed)

I can’t say enough wonderful things about FLUR and their customer service. I accidentally broke one of my glasses and reached out to see if I could purchase a single replacement. I fully expected—and was completely happy—to pay for it, since the damage was entirely my own doing.
Instead, FLUR responded with such kindness and offered to send me a replacement glass complimentary. They absolutely did not have to do that, which made the gesture mean even more.
