Perfect packaging. The color is perfect. My first cup of hot coffee to test if I would feel the heat, but I didn't. Also, It kept my coffee hot longer which is a plus!

My sister has been wanting the pink family set for so long so when they were restocked I bought them immediately for her. This was an early wedding anniversary gift for her and her husband and she absolutely loved them. These cups aren't only beautiful but also amazing quality. She uses them almost every day for her ice coffee in the mornings.

The Flur glasses have become my go-to glassware! Anywhere from my daily coffee to holding ice cream for a little evening treat. They elevate all drinks! Even simple iced water will look sophisticated in a Flur glass. --My only wish is that the pink color was available in other bundles or the iced glasses set.

I am absolutely in love! The packaging was beautiful, the glasses are gorgeous and i cannot stop telling everyone about them. I use the Latte glass almost every morning for a cute latte and have gotten much better as latte art because of the design of the cup. The large glass is perfect for iced lattes! The color is perfect and i cannot stop looking at them! Amazing quality and i am so excited to buy more!

Im now on my 9th piece between personal and gifts. i cant recommend your product enough. the practical thought that went into the design and functionality is exactly whats needed for the coffee world. its simple but effective style make it a pleasure to use in all its different applications. keep producing keep brainstorming your doing it right. i have ideas of my own if ever wanted to discuss All the best

I absolutely adored this. It was a birthday gift for my husband, he is SO hard to get presents for, and he LOVED it; uses it every day. We also have it out displayed at home because it is just stunning. The package arrived fast and well. 15/10.

I love my glasses and I bought them when I got an espresso machine. One broke when washing them and I was able to get a replacement quickly with no problems. So happy!

I purchase the wrong glasses for my daughter. I returned them and bought the correct ones. Easy peasy! My daughter has all the various sizes and loves them. They are beautiful glasses. Very classy and not expensive.

love the set! although, it does seem a bit fragile. after one use, i noticed a hairline crack along the bottom of one of the glasses. not sure how or when it happened but definitely need to be cautious with it. thankfully flur has a 1 year warranty on all their glassware.

I never thought I would use the warranty on these glasses but my daughter broke one while we were away, she was devastated…. So were we as we love these. I requested a replacement and was surprised at the quick turnaround for approval and shipment of the replacement! Such good customer service!

I picked up a pair of the Iced Coffee Glasses as a housewarming gift for some friends and they were a hit! The make of the glasses is high quality, with very sleek and sophisticated look; while the purple colorway adds just that extra pop of fun and whimsy to whatever you're drinking. 100% would love to add more FLUR glassware to own personal collection!

I love these glasses! They don't sweat and they keep my drinks cold longer. They're also beautiful. When I broke one (my own mistake, nothing to do with the product) they kindly sent me a replacement which I really appreciate. I would definitely buy more!

we LOVE our flur iced coffee glasses!! but we’re really sad because one of them cracked on the inside.. maybe we dropped an ice cube in too hard..? other than that we’re very happy with them

First off I absolutely love my Flur glasses. One of my glasses was separating at the seam at the top lip. Customer service is top notch. They had me send a picture by email. A minute after I sent it I got the reply. Your replacement is in the mail. Thanks, I appreciate you guys Steve

Love my glasses! I want more! They are so pretty and I want to grab another color set for my tea room! I use them for desserts as well and use the latte ones for dip too! Doesn't stain or smell after a wash! Yay! And they are so light weight!

Most beautiful double walled design out there. Functionally superb. Everyone asks where I got them. Only negative is the way too obvious branding on the bottom which is always visible and doesn't scratch off. It's unneccesary, and really detracts from the design.

I must absolutely say I am truly amazed by the dedication of the Flur team. Despite the holidays when my glass had broken and I had filed a claim they responded the same day and had the order filled and ready by end of day on December 23rd. I recieved it by January 5th and have happily resumed regular use of my latte xl glass. My sincerest thanks to the Flur team for your dedication to the customers you have and, I will be recommending you to friends and family.

my glass broke with a pop shortly after receiving it and they replaced it so quickly! It’s a gorgeous piece of glassware and i love drinking my morning coffee out of it

Love these glasses. My first set did get some condensation, but the customer service team responded within a hour and sent a replacement that day. I've bought multiple sets from them now!

I cannot recommend this company enough! I had an issue with my order and within 24 hours I not only had a response but a solution. The cups are even more amazing than the customer service. I look forward to waking up every morning for my iced coffee in my Flur glass!

These glasses are so pretty. They feel good in your hand and it’s so great for that 1st cup of coffee in the morning. They really are very cool glasses. I have 4 and will purchase a few more.

I have been loving my FLUR cups as I am an avid coffee and matcha drinker. I was devastated when my one of my cups was broken behind my back, however FLUR's warranty of a free replacement cup came in clutch! Even without the picture of my broken cup as asked when submitting a warranty claim form, they still honored my claim and I was deeply grateful! The customer service team was kind, caring, and speedy throughout the process. I would definitely recommend these glasses to friends and family!

I’m a mom…which means I have to set my iced coffee down roughly 16 times before I even take a sip. It’s SO nice to be able to keep my coffee cold and not worry about that ugly ring left on my wooden countertops. Amazing product, thank you!

Great quality glasses! I have used them for both hot and cold drinks and it is just the perfect size! Love the unique look of the glass and it doesn't leave a ring of condensation on the bottom like my regular glasses do. Would definitely buy more in the future!

We were gifted the family set and these cortado glasses after already loving our latte glasses. They are AMAZING! And The teal color is beautiful (we have Amber latte glasses and love both!)

I bought these and the latte glasses for a bridal shower. I know that she is going to love them!! This is my third purchase as a gift and still counting!!

I really like these cups and they’ve been great for making lattes at home. The only thing is they are hard to pour out of without them going everywhere. I like using the 10 ounce cup to mix stuff together and then pouring it into the tall cup for the iced lattes and I always have to make sure that I do it over the sink because it will pour all down the side of the cup. Besides that they’re amazing

I bought these as a gift for my sister and she loved it! I would say the teal color is a little more on the green side, but it matched really well with the rest of her apartment. I think that it was the perfect size too. Would highly recommend as a gift and I will be buying more in the future!

I randomly bought a set of these and loved them so much, I've replaced all my drinking glasses with them! The colors are lovely ( have a mix of teal and orange) and they hold up in the dishwasher.

I love these. I'm getting really into making Matcha lattes and it's the perfect size though the cups were much larger than I had thought in the picture they take up my whole hand when I was thinking they might be a little bit smaller, but I actually like them way more. They're very stable. They sit on the table very nicely and everything looks amazing.
