After taking about almost 1 and half box, I could see changes in my skin. I am a swimming coach so the Sun is my greatest enemy. Applying suncream is the only solution to reduce my pigmentation but it doesn't help as much. I strongly recommend Light Up to supplement to further reduce dullness and uneven skin tone.
