I love using AMPLIFY as a drying aid for my car but the bottle it comes with, although well built, can be painful for my wrist especially with the amount of spray that I need for my SUV. I've tried several tire coatings over the years with mixed results, so I was curious to see how THIS one would perform, especially from an upstart. I can honestly say Ghost passed the test! I applied 3 coats, with atleast 10 minutes inbetween and it even sat a long time once done, although you only have to wait 1 hour once cured. My first time applying a ceramic coating. My result wasn't perfect as I had some high spots and low spots and to resolve this, ADS tire cleaner should be used to remove Trim+ before you reapply it. I tried layering on more Trim+ to level it out and it did not work out. Apply a smooth consistent layer of trim+ across trim panels to prevent you from needing to strip off high / low spots and repeat the process. I had originally tried the OG pro version, and found it very difficult to remove, and ended up stopping 1/3 of the way through on my daily driver. I finished the vehicle in gyeon mohs. I can tell you that the ads panels have held up better. When I saw there was a new version of the pro coating and one of the main components highlighted was easier removal I gave it a try. Despite being a consumer-level coating, this product really is top-tier. Once you have a sense of the timing for when to level it down, a nice rhythm develops for applying it to the rest of the car. It has a lovely jetting effect that significantly enhances the paint, and I personally had no issues with high spots. Gloss and slickness also increase quite a bit after a few hours of curing. My experience with ADS Quartz v1 has been fantastic. I’ve applied it on two vehicles at this point, my Z3 and my wife’s Tiguan.
