Product is great and functions as advertised. The gesture and button functionality is very clever. Customer service was not communicative at all; my order arrived late, and I understand the heavy volume due to the sale, but nobody took the time to even respond to emails or chats from the site.

Looks great however it is a gift for one of my older kids. You’ll have to wait till I get data from them. The only thing so far is Theo saber was saved with the other saber. Because they were separate gifts I would have appreciated a separate box for the second saber. That was not too kool.

It’s always a blast to just walk into my home and immediately have a clash with my roommate as we greet each other. the blades have held up well so far and the hilt has been dropped a lot and none of the components have been knocked around so that’s always a plus.

These are the more "budget" friendly ones you get when you do the buy 1 get 2 free deal. Having said that, these things still out rank the Disney sabers. They are also full combat sabers so they are super durable. Like almost unbreakable. I have dropped mine like 10 times practicing. No problems.

There was not much in the way of instructions (sorry it is something that should be included) on how to put it together or the operations of it but even an old guy like me 64 was with some fiddling was able to figure it out, it looks good and works well, seems durable as well, I have just received them and work 12-14 hrs a day so not much time to use it yet, seems a little slow to respond to movement but for the price it seems a good value. I love the look and feel of the saber. The sound selections are great and have a good volume. I haven't duelled with it yet, but I have banged it around and the blade feels very strong. The screws secure the blade well and it spins without being loose My one beef is that no appropriate charging block was included, though a charging cable was. It's such a low voltage block that it isn't common to just have one, like the 20 volt blocks for cell phones.

This is the best saber I've ever owned. Miles beyond the old extending ones I had as a kid, more realistic/durable than the Disney ones and any of the others out there that are overpriced for what they offer. Other than not originally knowing an estimate of how long it would take to fulfill the order, everything was great. When I asked about how long it would take, customer support got back to me right away. The product itself is better than I was expecting, I was just expecting some fancy looking display piece, but the weight and durability feels solid and sturdy. The Taedious’ simple but unique design makes it a functional and affordable option for all us Rahm Kota fans. I liked how the leather arrives unwrapped, allowing me to take my time to feel like this saber is that little bit more personal. I took it to let my students try it the next day, as a means of testing its durability. They swung it so hard a bolt flew out! But the hilt AND the blade withstood everything they could dish out. I am extremely pleased with this saber.
