This project assembly went very well. I currently have it hanging on my wall and it looks great! Thinking about purchasing another one. I am currently building your galactic star puzzle. The instruction manual is very vague. Need more detail on assembly of the parts.

I am currently in the middle of production of this ET001-A Christmas Wonderland kit. I am sooo pleased with the true whimsy and look of it! It will be a treasure when added to my collection!

I have been working on this project for a week or so. I am more than halfway there. I limit myself to maybe an hour a day. This project is intricate and interesting to build. I know that it will be one of my faves when completed.

This Book Nook is a very cute model. The details are intricate and interesting. I have a teen who loves building models and Lego, and these little "doll house" style puzzle kits are a favorite. The instructions are clear enough to put it together without frustration, but it requires patience. You can't rush through it because things can rip or break, unlike something like a Lego. Take it slow and carefully, and you'll have no issues.

It’s wonderful, but I think there’s a flaw in the design, one of the decor the cage of the rotating shelf is hindering the rotation making the movement not smooth, but overall it is nice

After a slow start I had to contact customer support. They were very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting my order a few days later. I will definitely keep doing business with them.

I actually don't know yet how they are. They look fine in the packaging. However, I purchased them on sale for 2026 Christmas gifts. I am hoping the recipients like them.

It would help if the chart used English. I see arrows pointing to probably important stuff and it’s in red. But I wish I knew what you were saying. Great project so for. I will send a pic or video when completed. 🎉👍😊

Love doing these 3D widen puzzels. This one took about 8 hrs for me. So relaxing and easy to do! In the end everything moved perfectly and with the Harry Potter music box it just added to it!!!!

It was a rather straightforward build as long as you follow the directions very closely. I in my building, missed a couple of steps along the way and had to go back and do some repairs. Also, the bear hand's cannot be obstructed in any way or form because it all upset the internal working of the gears. But I was able to resolve that problem also. All in all it was a great build.

First puzzle from this company. I am very impressed! Directions very clear. Easy to o find parts with pictures of each part’s numbered board. After a little adjustment, the puzzle slowly moves around it’s axis just like the video!

It is fun to build and looks great, works perfectly. It is at times challenging, when your fingers are not as flexible as they used to be. I definitely need more time than advertised.
