The package arrived on a rainy day, but the box was really sturdy, so the case was completely intact. The color and design are super cute! However, it's a bit slippery and not shockproof. Dropped it once—case cracked. 😂

Got this cute white poodle and had my daughter draw black curls on it to resemble our baby bernedoodle! Love ot a lot! The poodle charm looks so much like our Deedee. The quality of the leather charm is topnotch… got many compliments on it.

This thing is great. I need another one but with silver furniture because my key is accented in silver not gold and I don’t like the delivery company that is used. However I have no complaints on the product, this is a quality product and it is beautiful.

Both items are amazing! The phone case is detachable and can be used in three different ways. While the grip isn’t the strongest, it’s a minor issue that doesn’t impact the overall experience. The bear keychain is also great quality. It didn’t arrive with the first shipment, but the team was very responsive and arranged to send it right away. 10/10 for the design and quality!!

I love the way they keep me entertained when working. I sound like a child but I don’t care I enjoy it because I’ve spent my whole life being an adult and it can be quite boring

Ordered a little too close to Christmas and with the postal strike did not expect it until after the new year. Arrived on Christmas Eve already wrapped and ready to toss into the stocking. Nice little charm - appears well made and of decent quality materials. It suits her bag and she was quite pleased. Overall a very good experience 👍🏽

I love it so much and my only problem is that I can’t afford to buy all the other ones I like, which is almost all of them. Too cute. And my little Pomeranian, makes me smile every time I look at it on my bag.

The panda charm was so cute and fits my Palm Springs mini so beautifully!! I’ve read a good chunk of reviews and didn’t see any photos with a backpack, so here you go! The charm itself feels very soft and the rope is on the thinner side. I do feel like it might rip over time if you like to switch charms off bags, but I’m definitely keeping it on my palms springs mini! Super cute and would make great gifts :)
