I wasn't sure about this planner because I am not used to spending more than $20 on a planner in the past. I am so tickled that I invested in this beautifully designed planner! The packaging was methodical and beautiful. It arrived in perfect condition. The pages are thick enough not to show bleed through while using highlighters and gel pens. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I had an issue with my order (I miss typed my own email address, I know how stupid can I be 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤪) I reached out to the customer service email and they responded in less then 24 hours after the pre lunch happened! This is my second Laurel Denise, but my first vertical. I'm loving this so much more than the horizontal! It works better for me to see my week laid out this way. I had a great time personalizing this planner with my horde of washi tape! I like lots of pattern, as is obvious. So I went crazy! It’s my first LD planner, so we’ll see how it goes. I’m a pastor wife, homeschool mom to four, fundraiser director of a co-op and type b all the way! The possibilities are truly endless. I started out using the horizontal system, but I switch from week to week, since it’s so easy to set up. By the way, I no longer have to search through pages to find something because I couldn’t bother flip back to the month calendar page to use it. I ADORE this planner!! I have been a longtime EC planner user and this was an easy switch for me! I love that I can always see the month and that it’s easy to just flip around and customize the weekly layout. The fact that this planner is available in a Sunday start was very important to me!
