Was expecting 1/4 of one of these delicious gummies to deliver a good dose of chill vibes and eventually good sleep. I had been taking a much stronger gummy and I think that set me up for false expectations from this one. It does not have any initial "rush" to it at all. (good!). But it does not feel like much after an hour or so. To be honest, I really didn't feel anything on 1/4 of a gummy. So I am going to try half tonight and see what that does.
