From a chef of 10 years, this is some of the finest quality beef found in New York State. Just incredible. We've had grass-fed beef before but it never tasted -- or honestly felt -- quite like this meat. Life giving! Absolutely delicious. The ground beef is wonderful! I added some to a marinara sauce we made for pasta night. Ground beef comes packaged very nicely in one pound size. Flavorful and satisfying! The burgers are fantastic!
