I did not receive the watch yet, I have sent you 10s of emails and had no reply at all, the watch didn’t arrive, I need a resend or a refund. If you really care about your customer experience than you should at least pay more attention to your email

I haven't bought one but I want to know if the arms in the orange revuelto watch are orange or red because it is shown as both in different photos.

Such a good watch, it looks really good and spins really good.

When we ordered it was offered a free band for the holidays. The band never came in and we contacted support. Support stated that because we got the holiday discount, there was no free band! Of course I cannot go back in time and verify, but I clearly recall seeing the add for free band, and none was there. Second I then contacted support for the band width so we could purchase our own, and they never responded. This would be a 5 star rating but for the poor customer service.
