I was very disappointed in that I had ordered a double, expecting to celebrate with some fellow veterans this Memorial Day weekend…imagine my surprise when only two arrived…not separate packages, but two cigars in one pouch!…I went to my local smoke shop and bought the 8 I needed.

Simple to use, and fast delivery. Not much more i can say except, Don Roque cigars have a place in my Humidor

As a Novice pipe smoker and occasional cigar smoker I was excited to find a subscription for a beginner like myself on learning to understand the pallette before just lighting up any ol' stogie! Now I have the knowledge of an officionado at my side to know what I'm lighting up!

Cigar had great construction and drew was great but no flavor no notes to be found.

Got it when it was expected and update's were spot on

Everything arrived in a timely manner. Only issue was that the site states that the cigars are mailed with a Boveda pack in with them, but neither of the two zip packs I received had them. Not a big deal, I immediately put the cigars in my humidor where they are acclimating nicely.

The shopping was easy, I'm still waiting for a response an email I sent regarding the missing boveda pack.

Don Roque earns 4 stars from me. The cigars are excellent and I’m very pleased with them. The reason for four stars is the shopping experience. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after my purchase and had to contact customer service to make sure my order went through. Also, the repeated review request emails are a bit annoying. Cigars usually sit in a humidor for a week before smoking, so asking for reviews too quickly feels rushed.

Shipping and customer service are horrible.

Better cigars Sumatran dragon was best but the draw wasn't good at all.

Takes a while for them to get into the mail for their EXPEDITED shipping, but they are very responsive to email generally.
