This item was received exactly as advertised. I do wish I would have listened to the graphic artist who suggested I go up a size, however I have a smaller home so was unsure. I think my space could have used the slightly larger size but I am very happy with this product and I have kept it. It matches perfectly with any decor. I go on mission trips and travel with family and friends frequently so this will be a Memento for my children when I go home to Jesus.

Jake my graphic designer went why above the required customer service.
He let me keep the slow incoming map and also send me a finished map worth $175 because of the delay. I worked in customer service my whole life and this had to be the BEST customer service I have ever received.
