This thing is amazing. After the second day oi posted on Facebook telling all my family and friends they need to get one if they have any desire at all to quit vaping. I was going through 5 or 6 refills in a big vape pod a day and was really noticing impairment in my breathing. I’ve had the fum for 6 days and haven’t filled up my vape pod but 3 times. TL;DR - Great sensory toy for fidgety neurodivergent adults. Would recommend instead of other brands of anxiety inhaler breathing trainers. Would compare breathing resistance with a light to medium vape / hookah pull on most settings and spot on for a cigarette at the looser settings.
