I ordered the hose From QVC and when it arrived, the nozzle was cracked. I called QVC and they said to send it back but I really wanted this hose so I contacted your company to see if I could get a replacement. They were very helpful and replaced the nozzle. I put the hose in place yesterday and I really like it a lot. The handle is very comfortable and it’s lightweight and easy to wind up.
