This order was intended to rectify a defect in a previous order of the same fountain. The bowl on the previous order would not properly screw on to the pedestal. This order was intended to only include a new bowl but contained a total new fountain. The new bowl fit perfectly on the old pedestal. We were instructed to return the old bowl so that you quality control staff could determine the nature of the defect. We have inquired as to what we should do with the remainder of the new fountain ...

Easy to assemble, all parts were included and fit together properly. I purchased 2 extra batteries so I can keep the fountain running 4 hours twice a day. I didn't realize that when off, the fountain doesn't have a bowl to retain water for the birds due to the flat plate the is in it which covers the pump, etc. I'll have to have a second water souce for the birds. But this fountain is beautiful and sounds so peaceful when it is running.

I still have not changed the batteries in either one of the recently received pumps 2/14-2/18, I am hopeful when the batteries are indeed changed…they will continue to bubble away like I hope. That is not always the case. Jury is still out until then. To be continued

I have been looking for a reliable fountain without buying a completely whole fountain...this one works awesome and birds do fly by to catch a drink...the solar power one I bought from a different vendor worked for a bit and fizzled out...this one has no hard wires, just 4 D batteries and voila!!! We have a fountain. I can time it through out the day and no headaches. I love it.

Super cute fountain perfect for small garden… pretty easy to assemble but one of the bowls screw attachments isn’t threaded perfectly and so the pour spout on the bowl faces out when it is completely tightened. That means water will spill out of base rather than flow back into it.

I absolutely love this fountain! It’s sturdy and beautiful. I love the sound it makes when it’s running. I’ve had a couple birds check it out and I saw a bee sipping some water. I live in the desert so water is important for wildlife. I did modify it so that I could use a solar fountain that I had. I’ll probably add a battery pack in the future so the solar charges the battery.

We bought the battery pump as a replacement for our Bernini fountain. It looked identical to the previous pump, but the ports where the tubing connects were a bit different in size. The new pump came with tubing, but it didn’t fit. We were able to purchase tubing that fit from the hardware store. Very happy with purchase once we remedied thst.

We love our fountain. We chose the bronze color. Each evening we turn it on to listen to the tranquil sound of trickling water while we enjoy our deck. So thrilled that it is battery operated because we don't have an electric outlet on that side of the deck. The batteries seem to last quite a while. Been using it every night for more than 2 weeks and it's still going strong.

Very sturdy and well made. I have a 75 ft metal hose, also from Bernini and it looks so nice in my flower bed. Customer Service did have to send a replacement because the first one was missing some of the screws needed for the assembly. They did not hesitate to replace it immediately when I called. I love the bernini fountains. Sometimes you need a replacement part due to one thing or another after a full season of use. These replacements are well priced and give me an entire summer of a relaxing fountain. And all the wildlife seem to love them too. I have several solar fountains but the battery operated allow me to have a continous fountain in a shaded area or an area far away from outlets
