I love this fountain! I love that it runs on batteries so I can place away from house by my finches feeding area. They love it for drinks of water and splashing around for a bath! Lovely fountain sound.
I do clean it regularly because it is frequented by the finches. I have seen an occasional hummingbird dip into the water as well.
The fountain is well made, substantial product.
Customer service was wonderful about troubleshooting an issue with me and replacing the part I needed.

Update: received a call from Greg on Monday, 3/23 and the problem was identified and solved within minutes. The black connection in the bunch of connections that fit in the base of the fountain has 2 arrows (after you unscrew the little fitting in the middle). Those arrows MUST be facing and aligned with each other (this is not in the manual). As soon as I aligned the arrows, the water pump worked and the fountain is spraying and is just lovely.

I feel like I had to “jury-rig” something to get the fountain operational. I managed to find a container at my local horticultural place to use to put the fountain itself in, but i’m really not happy with how it looks. But it works well and the sound of the running water is lovely.

Works well except the red wire became detached on one of the sensors. Greg in customer service sent me a replacement but the same red wire was detached as well so I couldn’t use it either. I purchased four planters, 3 out of 4 water sensors work perfectly. I am currently waiting to speak to Greg to rectify the issue.

Love this battery operated fountain. I am able to place in areas where no electric is available. The only down side is sometimes the buttons to operate the pump wear out however the high side is you can readily get a replacement and the fountain is up and running in no time and at a reasonable cost. This is a nice feature that Bernini has replacement parts so you don’t have to buy a new fountain.

Works as it should so its nice to be able to enjoy my fountain again. On average my fountain is on from approximately 9 am - 6 pm. I tend to get 7 -10 days use from new batteries so it can get somewhat expensive replacing batteries. I would like to see the manufacturer create a solar pump compatible with this fountain. I would recommend this product.
