This pump won’t stay on. Yes! I did all the steps. Bought brand new batteries. This fountain was WAY too expensive not to work!!!! I have learned my lesson and will post BUYER BEWARE EVERY WHERE!!!!!! You charged me hundreds of dollars for a piece of shit birdbath. The paint is coming off inside the bath part too. Selling shit that does work won’t keep you in business long.

Wrong size sent. I sent 2 emails to customer service with this picture and have received a response. I am disappointed as I have had these hoses for 10 years

I have been trying for days to get the pump replaced under warranty because as you can see the tip in the middle of the pump is not there. This is a new Lecce fountain, just purchased and I cannot get an answer on getting a new replacement pump. I have already sent pictures to the website I was given. Can someone please help me.

There are no instructions in the box on how to assemble & use the pump. I was under the impression when I ordered it that it was a companion pump for the fountain I purchased. Is that true? If so, how do I use it? Where is the battery compartment? So many questions. Please respond.
