I love the way you can carry the hose while it's on, and it's not at all heavy, can be stored in small places, just slides across the yard and around things. This hose doesn't get hot to touch in the hot summer months.

I absolutely love this hose and have tossed all my other ones aside. This does not kink, a little heavy in the box but once out, it's sort of light weight. The additional handle does leak but it came with the hose so I can't complain.

Extremely easy to install. Pump didn’t work, I called Bernini and left message. I received a call back a few days later, the tech assisted me in trouble shooting which didn’t help. I was sent a replacement pump which worked great. I’m very satisfied with Bernini. Fountain works great.

It is a bit disappointing. The metal hose was a Christmas gift. I used the 1st hose for 2 months, when it started leaking from the nozzle. Then it started leaking from the hose. I received a replacement. Thanks for the R&D department for sending a replacement. This replacement hose also leaks from the nozzle. Yikes. I am really disappointed in the poor quality of Bernini hoses.
