I think it looks great! I was initially surprised that it was such light plastic, but it works great. I wish it ran longer than 4 hours daily but over all it was a perfect addition to the garden for the cost and without messing with electricity.

I have used my sled to get packages to the house that I could not carry, pull large bags of dog food up my steps, and, of course, pulled garden items all around. I have to use canes to walk and I can hook the rope over my arm to pull whatever around my yard. It goes easily over gravel, dirt, weeds, etc. and goes around corners easily.

Easy to put together, needed help tightening the screws which required two wrench technique. Does the loads I need, to manuver boxes to my car for trip to dump. Bags of soil to garden, actually is in back hallway to move things in house with tipping wheel side to side around furniture. Very handy and does as advertised.

The original pump only worked for one season so I only give that one 2 stars. Took a while for this to come in stock so I haven’t used it much (maybe 4 or 5 times) but so far it does work so it gets 5 stars for working out of the box.

I had a problem with the hose and they Replaced it on a timely basis. The nozzle has a handle but I would advise against using it to pull the hose With you. I now grab the hose about 2 feet from the nozzle and pull it with me.

I bought my hose in April from QVC. I had reported to you that the nozzle came cracked and you were gracious enough to replace it. The problem now is the hose end that connects to the main nozzle is leaking a lot of water. Im really disappointed because all I use it for is to water my grass and plants but now I can't use it without getting all wet.

I absolutely LOVE these hoses!! They have a hard time trying to tangle or get tied up in any way....they just stay calm and keep working just as we ask! They never get hot in the sun....they follow you anywhere in the garden w/out getting twisted....I originally ordered one, and was so happy I ordered a second....that was a couple years ago - and now I have just ordered two more! They are the best!

My son and I went to Home Depot and I bought the most beautiful bird to perch on the rim of the bowl. At night I have a spotlight that shines down on the fountain and my lovely flower garden. This is the Cadillac of hose sprayers. Every nozzle works to perfection. My neighbors have seen me out simply watering plants and spraying off my patio and have asked if they could borrow it. They used the flood jet feature to clean a cement garage floor that hadn't been cleaned for several years. It looks like new. One of the features I like is that you can turn the faucet on and control how much water you want from the sprayer. A feature also allows you to rotate the handle for different use...
