Love your fountains. I’ve used them for years. Bought them on QVC at first. Great that I can buy direct. I live in Oceanside CA. Thank you for a beautiful product.

I have 2 Bernini fountains, and love them. I prefer battery operated ones, since our older home has no exterior outlet in the front. I was not looking for the replacement fountain motor with a light, but the other was sold out. I can say that I find the light very pretty.

Original nozzle was defective. The replacement was fast and is working fine. Very pleased with the fast replacement. The shielded metal hose is great for pulling it around the yard.

Love this fountain. It looks like a million bucks. It was so easy to put togther and it works amazingly. The only thing I wish was that the battery lasted longer. It needs to be charged every 2 days or so but when it is charged it works great! I highly recommend this fountain!

My original single button, battery operated fountain pump died. I called Bernini and the representative assured me that the new 3 button, illuminated fountain would fit. I ordered the replacement. When it arrived, I installed it immediately. It was a perfect fit, and I love the addition of a light. Thank you, Bernini.

Watching my outdoor birds gather to enjoy this fountain is the reason I will continue to purchase a new pump annually..I clean all parts weekly....worth it!!!....LOVE IT!!!

I have enjoyed Bernini fountains and hoses for years. And, the company stands behind their warranty. Bernini replaced my hose from last year when it was found to be defective this year.

Thank you so much Greg! I used it today watering my flowers and cleaned my birdbath. The nozzle worked great along with my Bernini hose. I've purchased two hoses for myself, three for my son and one for the neighbor. EXCELLENT product.

this is my 2nd hose from your company, I ordered the 2nd one for my backyard because I’ve been very pleased with the 1st hose which ive been using in my front yard for several months. the hose is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and has a strong water spray.

Pump works great. Only complaint I have is the phone # provided on your website is impossible to have anyone return a call. I tried more than a dozen times ans left messages, never received a return call.

Very easy to install batteries and get this hanging fountain going. Just the right size for my balcony garden. The pump works well and I hope the birds start using it soon! In the meantime I’m just enjoying the sounds and view of a water feature that was simple and inexpensive to install!

Love these fountains. I use as replacements when I have worn the previous ones out. I keep these out year round. The birds love them and my cats love to have flowing water to drink. The water sound is relaxing and I look forward to sitting on my back deck with my fountains going.

I love this hose. I have another Bernini hose that is 5 years old and still works great. That is why I purchased another. The hose is very light and never kinks. Everything advertised about this hose true.

I love this fountain! Delivery was great and the fountain was so easy to put together. It comes with several water options! It looks beautiful in my garden and the birds love it too!

when i received my original fountain the topper was damaged in transit, the company was very cooperative and as soon as they were back in stock sent me a replacement part. i love the fountain and it looks great on my deck

I was afraid the fountain was non/operable since the pump had failed to work. Fortunately, I searched the web and discovered I could purchase a replacement pump. It was expensive, but worth it. The fountain works beautifully!

Everything worked perfectly once the battery was charged and installed into the fountain. Couldn't be happier! Well.....maybe. It would be great if the new lithium battery lasted longer than 2 years. That's only one year longer than the old acid battery. Still, glad to have purchased the upgrade that requires less charging!

I have 2 of these mats and love them. Serves their purpose. Both at door entries. But, unfortunately, my cat urinated on one and I can’t get the smell out of it.

I was nervous that I was going to get it together and then it not work. But - IT WORKS! I love it and plan to buy some immersive lights to put in the bowl.

Absolutely the perfect choice. That brush steel blends beautifully in my garden and looks great in my hosta bed. Very happy I chose this one. In fact, I got my cousin to get one too.

Love the fountain but I wanted a vase/bowl to set the fountain in and Bernini was sold out. I called hoping to speak to someone perhaps there was a chance a bowl or vase was available, only a recording answered my call, very frustrating.

I love this nozzle. I ordered 2. There was an issue with one. I contacted Bernini regarding the issue and the nozzle was replaced. Very easy to deal with customer service. I will recommend this product to the neighbors.

These pumps wwork fantastic, replacing batteries is suimple and fast and battery life is exzcellant. Shipping was way above most other busineses. When these go bad I will buy more

I needed to replace the 3-button control on my fountain, which I love. Contacted Bernini and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. A replacement was ordered and sent. Could not have been easier.

It replaced one that the A button was not working. Have not tried the new one yet but I’m sure it will work. Hopefully it will last longer than the first one

It was very hard to open to put in the batteries. It has a lovely spray but the birds haven’t noticed yet. I wish the timer was for more than 5 hours. It is perfect for my little pool. I really like it. It was just what I wanted for it.

The repalcement pump arrived in good time and works great. I made the mistake of leaving it out over the winter, but with the new one we are back in business!

Love this fountain I ordered from QVC last year. Not sure what happened to the on off switch but it no longer worked. I was glad I found a replacement part instead of buying another one. Very happy to be able to enjoy my fountain again.

The Bernini hose is very lightweight and does not get hot in the sun. I did have some trouble with the nozzle leaking from the valve when it was turned off. Although it took months to get an acceptable response, it was finally taken care of and the new nozzle works great.

The fountain is durable, has a nice realistic terracotta finish. It was easy to assemble, and easily move around. I’ve had no issues with its operation. I have considered whether I should have purchased a corded version, but an quite satisfied so far!

I had a problem with the on and off bottom when setting the time for the fountain to run. I was pleased to receive my replacement and am happy to report my fountain is running again. Thank you for your quick response to send a replacement.

Bernini Lecce Fountain is beautiful. Never had a fountain before. Didn’t expect this fountain to be big as it is. Set up was easy. It’s sturdy because it’s really heavy so wouldn’t fall over on a windy day and as long as it’s set on a flat ground or grass base. Great customer service i spoke to a really nice person that new everything. Thank you for your help Thunie

Had an issue with the wiring & it was replaced. I did have an issue with not getting a return call trying to get the part replaced. Finally sent an email & that was acknowledged

Got it in the Mail and set up the next day. It took 15 minutes or less and I love it. Every morning I go out and drink my coffee and watch it. Very peaceful. Waiting to see who visits it. Would love to get one a little bigger but am happy with this.

It was very nicely packed and easy to assemble. Loved it at first but now the pump has quit working correctly. It starts but only runs for about 15 minutes. Would like a new pump- how do I get one???? I've only had it running less than 2 weeks! Please help!!!

I ordered a 100 foot 3/4 inch metal garden hose through Thunie and had a number of questions beforehand to avoid a return. Thunie answered them all efficiently, promptly and completely. I gave a friend one of the two that i had ordered and she stated that it was really nice on her small patio on the second floor. also, customer service was wonderful when ups misplaced the original order

I ordered a green folding wheelbarrow and got grey, instead. I contacted the company customer service division about this snafu and was responded to very quickly. A green replacement arrived in a week. You just can’t beat that kind of customer service, thus I will definitely purchase from them again, without hesitation.
