I like this fountain because it is very lightweight, pretty, and functional. I will say that your customer service is not as good as it could be - I initially had difficulties with the solar panel portion of it, emailed you with some photos, and never heard back from you. I purchased the fountain and didn't realize the batteries had rusted which made the fountain unsusable and I had to purchase a new battery compartment. I bought one of these in late spring and it has been running beautifully for us. We have a standing fountain as well as the turquoise one and love them all. The birds absolutely love this fountain. We have had as many as nine birds in the fountain drinking and bathing. My only complaint is the rubber seals eventually wear out and then it leaks and stops working, which is why we buy multiple pumps each time.

This nozzle assembly came to me by way of a control valve problem. I bought a second Bernini hose assembly this year, because I liked the looks of the nozzle. I did not need a second Bernini hose. Have fountain for about 3 yrs - and battery motor finally stopped (I'm potentially to blame for lack of proper care and cleaning) . This was an easy conversion, and it works great. We have had this small Roman type since 2012. We have had three wet cell (including original) and this Li-ion . The wet cells lasted an average of four years each. Neither of the wet cells were as powerful as the Li-ion, right out of the box. Be sure to order the conversion kit with the yellow plug. Your wet cell terminal block has a gray plug instead of the yellow plug for the battery.

The parts are working great! We are enjoying our fountain again but no thanks to the company that makes the fountain. Called 7 times no reply! Sent two emails no reply! Until I gave a bad review on facebook. They called said they didn't have the parts because they don't make my fountain! Lies!!! They still make the fountain and parts on Amazon! Easy to put together, lightweight but sturdy, and stunning. Only thing I was disappointed in was it didn’t come with the greenery that it has in every single one of its photos on the website. I bought some but it just didn’t look the same so I removed it. After reading other reviews it seems hit and miss if you actually receive the greenery with yours or not. If it’s not included, remove it from your advertising photos.
